Returns & Exchange Policy
At DHASII, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If your purchase has any manufacturing defects, we’ll gladly accept a return.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date (as marked by the shipment tracking). To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Info@Dhasii.com.
Please note that purchases from DHASII are not eligible for exchange.
Return Window:
- Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements:
- Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unused and unworn condition.
Return Options:
- Returns for store credit are processed free of charge.
- Returns for a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order was placed during a Free Shipping promotion, our standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees for international orders.
- For the most affordable international shipping rates, we recommend using your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post).
Returned items must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unworn and unused condition.
Please note that final sale items, custom-stitched pieces, and personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or alteration. This excludes items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. If an error occurs on our end, we’ll take full responsibility and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Double exchanges are not permitted. Once an item has been exchanged—whether for the same item or store credit—it is no longer eligible for another exchange.
Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be received and processed at our warehouse. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 4–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.
Refunds issued as store credit will be available in your account immediately upon processing.
